Our Founders

Mr. Ding Ying, proprietor of Delco Ltd, one of Myanmar's prominent mining enterprises, aspires to establish an international vocational school in Myanmar. This vision materialized with the founding of the Shin Rai International Vocational Institute (SRIVI), to become the first private international vocational training institute in Yangon, Myanmar. Mr. Din Ying is acknowledged no just as a business luminary but also as a national peacemaker and philanthropist, actively playing a role in advancing Myanmar's society. His multifaceted contributions go beyond business, reflecting a commitment to holistic societal development.
Mr. Yoshio Iwaki holds the CEO at Yoshio Co., Ltd and serves as the President of the Greater Mekong Initiative, a non-profit organization based in Japan. With a professional background in International Management, Relationship, Society, and Applied Economics, he brings a wealth of expertise to his roles. Mr. Iwaki has specialized in societal studies, industry surveys, and facilitating business connections between Japanese and overseas companies. His diverse skill set extends to Human Resources Development Training Programs, encompassing Information Technology, agriculture, and career development. Moreover, he has actively participated in advancing educational initiatives, including monastic school education in Myanmar. Mr. Iwaki's competencies are evident in his adeptness at identifying, selecting, and negotiating with clients.
