We witness that Myanmar, in its developmental stage, faces a critical need for a skilled workforce across various sectors such as agriculture, energy, mining, tourism, finance, infrastructure, manufacturing, and telecommunications. The development of human capital is crucial for sustainable economic growth, as gaps in education and training are significant constraints to business. The National Education Strategic Plan (NESP) 2016-21 highlights vocational education and training as essential for creating employment opportunities for the youth and supporting economic development. To address these needs, I established the Shin Rai International Vocational Institute on March 1, 2019, through Shin Rai Company Limited. The institute aims to enhance employment opportunities for Myanmar's youth by providing advanced technical and vocational education. Additionally, I am working on launching the first private University of Applied Sciences in Myanmar, further contributing to the country's skilled workforce and meeting regional and international demands. It is my vision to boost Myanmar's human capital and build a globally recognized brand founded on sincerity, professionalism, and educational training.

I am proud to share our commitment to transforming the TVET landscape in Myanmar. Established on March 1, 2019, our institute aims to meet the demands of both local and international labor markets by providing higher technical and vocational education in areas such as entrepreneurship, healthcare, welding engineering, air conditioning and refrigeration, housekeeping, food and beverages, and language courses. Our mission is to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in today's dynamic job market and to set new standards in vocational education by aspiring to establish Myanmar's first private University of Applied Sciences.
Embracing the value of responsibility, efficiency and equality, we strive to create an environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to supporting Myanmar's socio-economic development by bridging the gap between education and employment.
