Shin Rai Company limited has established the Shin Rai International Vocational Institute on 1st of March 2019. It is based on the on Finnish education system, research, entrepreneurship and innovation. The overarching objective of the institute is to offer higher multidisciplinary technical and vocational qualifications compatible with the development of the community and the advancement of the technological mainstream in order to fulfill the growing demand for skilled workers in the country, region and international stage. The Institute would bridge the academic vocational divide by arming students with foreign language skills such as English and Finnish and other soft skills like leadership and strong communication ability. As technology becomes more powerful and accessible, each course with 24/7 online facilities is provided. The institute works in partnership with the private and public corporate sector while retaining strives to emulate an academic and vocational culture that is on par with the Finnish international institutions.In addition, efforts are being made to upgrade the institute and launch the very first University of Applied Sciences in Myanmar.
