Food & Beverage Service Program is introduce learners with the skills and knowledge in food and beverage industry, service styles and standards procedure within different types of restaurant operations, how to prepare a bar areas, types of beverage and bar service and how to clear dining areas and service areas after service. This program will provide students with hospitality knowledge and food safety & food hygiene.
