The Housekeeping Operation Course (HOC) is the perfect introduction for those starting their careers in the hotel as housekeepers. This HOC also benefits those who wish to receive re-training in this area.

Through our program, students will learn the importance of personal and work hygiene, as well as develop communication skills that will be invaluable in the workplace. With 4 modules, 320 learning hours, and a credit point value of 32, our course will provide students with all the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful housekeepers.
